6 DAYS EVALUATION - STAGE 1
BRAND AMBASSADOR - STAGE 2

As a Brand Ambassador, you can choose to start your career in the Business Development Programme, building core skills, following a market-leading structured programme where you'll experience the full range of what we do, across the Home Delivery Industry. Having completed Stage 1 and 2 you will be confident; working independently, being able to problem solve in various situations and even developing the skills to train and coach people in sales.

STAGE 3 - LEADERSHIP

Develop into a strong sales leader by mastering personal performance and learning to coach others. Stage 3 & 3+ focus on teaching you how to plan, train, and support your team to hit targets consistently. You’ll learn how to motivate others, lead by example, and create a winning environment that drives growth. This is where leadership truly begins, laying the groundwork for building your own team and stepping into higher-level roles.

STAGE 4/5 ≈ £40,000+

Stage 4/5 is all about building a winning team and becoming a strong leader. You'll learn how to run meetings, drive team performance, and maintain high standards across the board. From public speaking to managing team dynamics, this stage helps you develop the confidence and structure needed to lead from the front and create long-term success.

STAGE 6 - OWNERSHIP ≈ £ 100,000 +

Become a profitable business owner by applying all the incremental steps you were taught previously. Gain an insight into the business world and learn about finance, recruitment and how to increase your potential as an owner. It usually takes 2 to 3 years to complete the programme. However, there are about 10 individuals within our global group of marketing companies that have completed the programme in record time of 1 year. This involves a high level of ambition, discipline, standards and dedication, as well as working on Saturdays.
